The main agenda in South Africa is eating and drinking, so fine dining starts from lunch. The restaurant we booked, The Test Kitchen, is in the suburbs of Cape Town, a small courtyard converted from an old mill similar to 798. It seems to be the product of a famous chef, so even in the wilderness, it is impossible to book dinner a month in advance. The old Beijing duck roll and black truffle grilled steak ordered by Fatty are both excellent, and he kept shouting that he wanted to come again...
